Data & dashboards. One place where the numbers tell one story.
Tracking that is actually correct, and reporting a board will read. If nobody opens the report, the report is the problem.
Most marketing reporting measures activity, not outcome
Most agencies report what is easy to export. Sessions went up, impressions went up, here are twelve screenshots. None of it answers the only question that matters: did this produce revenue, and what should we do next?
We build the measurement layer first, because a beautiful dashboard on top of broken tracking is a confident way to be wrong, and then the reporting on top of it. One place where organic, AI citations, campaigns, conversions and revenue sit together.
This underpins everything else we do. SEO, GEO and digital marketing are all judged on this data, so we would rather it were right.
How we actually do it
Measure correctly, then report honestly.
- 01 · Audit what you are currently measuring
- Almost every account we inherit has something wrong: duplicated events, unfiltered internal traffic, conversions that fire on page load, or attribution silently dropping a channel. We find it before we build on it.
- 02 · Rebuild the tracking properly
- A documented measurement plan, clean GA4 event and conversion design, server-side where it earns its place, and consent handling that does not quietly delete a third of your data. Detail in GA4 and tracking.
- 03 · Build one dashboard, not five
- Search Console, GA4, ads, AI citations, CRM and revenue in a single view, refreshed daily, with the commentary that explains the movement. Detail in Looker Studio reporting.
- 04 · Report with an argument
- Every monthly report ends with what we are changing next and why. A number without a decision attached is trivia.
What you get
Deliverables, not adjectives.
- A measurement plan documenting every event, conversion and definition
- GA4 and tag configuration rebuilt and validated against real user journeys
- A live dashboard covering organic, AI visibility, campaigns, conversions and revenue
- Monthly written commentary, what moved, what caused it, what changes next
- A quarterly review that re-baselines the plan against fresh data
Questions, answered straight
No fluff, as promised.
We already have GA4. Why would we rebuild it?
Because having GA4 and having correct GA4 are different things. The most common problems we find are conversions firing on the wrong trigger and internal traffic polluting every number, both of which quietly invalidate months of decisions.
Can you report on AI visibility too?
Yes, that is the point of putting it in the same dashboard. Citation tracking feeds straight in alongside organic and conversions.
Do we need this if we are already running SEO with you?
You need it more, not less. SEO is a long game and the only way to justify it is honest measurement of the trend. Every retainer includes reporting; this is that layer built properly.
