Looker Studio reporting. Live, blended, and actually explained.

One dashboard across every source, refreshed daily. Plus the paragraph that says what it means.

A dashboard without commentary is a wall of numbers

Looker Studio is free, connects to nearly everything, and is consequently full of dashboards nobody opens. The tool is not the problem, the design is. Most are built to display every available metric rather than to answer a specific question for a specific person.

We build for the reader. A board wants the trend and the revenue line. A marketing manager wants the channel detail and this month's anomalies. Those are two different views, not one dashboard with forty tiles.

And we blend properly: Search Console, GA4, ads, AI citation data and CRM in one model, so organic and paid and AI are compared on the same definitions rather than three tools each counting differently.

How we actually do it

Built for a reader, not a tool.

01 · Decide who reads it and what they decide
Every dashboard starts with a named audience and the decision they need to make. That single constraint removes about two-thirds of the tiles people ask for.
02 · Blend the sources into one model
Consistent date ranges, channel groupings and conversion definitions across GA4, Search Console, ads and CRM, so the numbers reconcile instead of arguing with each other.
03 · Design for scanning
Trend first, detail on demand. Comparison against the previous period and the same period last year, because seasonality explains a lot of panics.
04 · Add the commentary
A written note each month covering what moved, what we think caused it and what changes as a result. This is the part most reporting skips and the only part that produces decisions.

What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives.

  • A live dashboard, refreshed daily, with role-appropriate views
  • Blended data across Search Console, GA4, ads, AI citations and CRM
  • Consistent definitions documented, so numbers reconcile across sources
  • Period-on-period and year-on-year comparison built in
  • Monthly written commentary attached to the report, not delivered separately

Questions, answered straight

No fluff, as promised.

Why Looker Studio rather than a paid platform?

It is free, it connects to the sources most clients already use, and it does not add a licence to your stack for reporting you could own. If your data genuinely needs a warehouse we will say so rather than force the tool.

Can it include data from our CRM?

Usually yes. Getting revenue into the same view as acquisition is the single biggest upgrade most reporting can make, because it turns traffic reporting into business reporting.

Who maintains the dashboard?

We do, as part of the retainer. Definitions drift, platforms change their APIs, and an unmaintained dashboard quietly becomes wrong, which is worse than not having one.
