HubSpot Development: Certified Developers, Properly Built

Content Hub websites engineered to convert, CRM setup that gets sales and marketing reading the same numbers, and migrations with zero downtime and zero data loss. The platform handles the tricky parts; you focus on the business.

Built from Ho Chi Minh City for clients across the US, UK, Australia and Europe, at a fraction of what HubSpot partners charge in those markets.

THE SERVICE

What our HubSpot service covers

We design and build on HubSpot, configure the CRM behind it, and move you onto the platform without losing data. That covers Content Hub website design and development, CRM implementation and automation, data migration from whatever you are on now, custom integrations through the APIs and HubDB, chat and chatbot setup, and ongoing training. We work across Marketing, Sales, Service and Content Hub. If HubSpot is the wrong platform for what you are trying to do, we will tell you that before you buy it rather than after.

Migrations, and why ours do not lose anything

01A full inventory before anything moves
02Redirect map checked against the live URL set
03Contact and deal properties mapped field by field
04Analytics history preserved rather than restarted
05Staged cutover, old environment still standing

Moving to HubSpot is where most of the risk in this work sits. Content, contacts, deal history, analytics and the URLs that earned your rankings all have to arrive intact, and a migration that drops any of them costs more to unpick than the build did.

The method is unglamorous and it is the reason the claim holds. A full inventory before anything moves. A redirect map built and checked against the live URL set rather than assumed. Contact and deal properties mapped field by field, including the custom ones somebody added in 2019 and forgot. Analytics history preserved rather than restarted. Then a staged cutover with the old environment still standing until the new one is verified.

We also do the SEO side of the migration, because we are an SEO agency as well as a HubSpot one. Most HubSpot partners hand the redirect map to someone else and hope. That is the single most common way a platform migration loses traffic.

Who this works for

You are moving onto HubSpot from something else.

WordPress, a legacy CMS, a CRM nobody enjoys. The migration is the hard part and it is what we are best at.

You bought HubSpot and are using a fraction of it.

Extremely common. Usually a configuration and training problem rather than a licensing one, and cheaper to fix than to replace.

Your site and your CRM are two separate worlds.

Marketing reports one number, sales reports another, and nobody trusts either.

You need HubSpot to do something it does not do out of the box.

HubDB, the APIs and the App Marketplace, or a headless setup like the one we built for Kenno.

Most often for B2B and professional services, SaaS, education and financial services, for clients headquartered in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and the EU as well as businesses operating inside Vietnam.

Questions, answered straight

What is HubSpot Content Hub?

An intuitive content management system for building and managing websites that integrates natively with HubSpot's marketing, sales and CRM tools, so your site, your pipeline and your reporting all live in one connected platform. It was called CMS Hub until 2024.

How does Content Hub compare to WordPress?

HubSpot ships with the marketing toolkit, analytics and automation built in, with a stronger focus on converting visitors through inbound tactics. WordPress is highly customisable but typically needs a stack of plugins and manual setup to get similar functionality.

Is Content Hub good for SEO?

Yes, customisable URLs, responsive templates and built-in SEO recommendations out of the box. And because we're also an SEO agency, your HubSpot build arrives search-ready rather than needing a retrofit.

Why choose Saigon Digital for HubSpot development?

Certified developers, custom scalable solutions, agile project management and competitive pricing, with migrations delivered with zero downtime and zero data loss.

How long does a HubSpot implementation take?

A focused single-hub setup usually completes in four to eight weeks. A multi-hub implementation with significant data and integration work runs three to six months. The variable that moves it most is the state of the data coming in, not our capacity.

Will we lose our search rankings if we migrate to HubSpot?

Not if the migration is done properly. Rankings are lost through unmapped redirects, not through changing platform. We build and verify the redirect map against the live URL set before anything moves, and we do that work ourselves rather than handing it to someone else, because we are an SEO agency too.

We already have HubSpot and barely use it. Can you help?

That is one of the most common reasons people call us, and it is usually a configuration and training problem rather than a licensing one. We audit what you have, find what is switched off or misconfigured, and get your team using it. Almost always cheaper than moving to something else.

Is HubSpot always the right platform?

No. It is excellent when the site, the pipeline and the reporting genuinely need to be one system, and expensive overkill when you mostly need a website. We will tell you which one you are before you buy a licence, not after.

Start your HubSpot journey properly

Tell us what you're building, or migrating. We'll tell you honestly whether HubSpot is the right platform for it, and exactly what it'll take.
