  • High Cost Per Conversion: Pre-optimisation, the cost per conversion was unsustainably high.
  • Low Conversion Rates: The client struggled to generate purchases, with 0 monthly purchases in the 3 months prior to working with Saigon Digital.

The Solutions

Challenge 1: High Cost Per Conversion

Saigon Digital started over from scratch doing keyword research to compare cost per click on keywords currently used and the actual cost from the ads. Further we analysed ad spend patterns and reallocated the budget toward high-performing keywords and audiences.

We implemented new keywords and A/B testing for ad creatives and optimised targeting parameters to reduce wasteful spend.

Challenge 2: Low Conversion Rates


We set up proper conversion tracking and improved ad creatives to appeal to high-intent buyers. Targeted campaigns focusing on purchase-ready audiences significantly boosted monthly conversions.

By setting up proper tracking, we also helped the Google Ads algorithm adjust to our targeting more effectively. This tracking also built the foundation for which we are able to report and get our data attribution correct.
Challenge 3: Lack of Insights


Our team implemented detailed tracking and reporting systems to map ad spend directly to purchases and revenue. This provided the client with clear insights into ad performance and ROI.
