The team stays on the phone.
Most agencies disappear at launch. That is when the site starts earning.
A live platform needs someone watching it: security patches, dependency updates, the integration that breaks when a third party changes an endpoint, and the steady stream of small improvements that keep a site earning rather than ageing. We run that work for clients continuously, in some cases for years.
What Support covers
OUR PROCESS
How it runs
Take it on
We audit what you have, document it, and take responsibility for it. That holds whether or not we built it: ORCHA came to us with WordPress sites we had not written.
Watch it
Monitoring, backups, security patching and dependency updates, so problems surface before your customers find them.
Fix it fast
Urgent things get treated as urgent. ORCHA had technical issues they had been struggling with for months resolved once the right people looked.
Keep improving
A retainer that spends its hours on the roadmap, not just on keeping the lights on. The site should be better in a year, not merely still up.
“It is always a pleasure working with the team at Saigon Digital. They have rapidly resolved our urgent website fixes, found solutions to technical website issues that we had been struggling with for months, and implemented new features on our WordPress sites. They also explained how to use these in a user-friendly way. I would highly recommend Saigon Digital as experts in their field!”

When people call us
Your agency has gone quiet
The build finished, the team moved on, and now nobody owns the thing your business runs on. We take on platforms we did not build.
Small changes take weeks
If a copy change or a new landing page needs a sprint, the bottleneck is process, not engineering. A retainer with named people fixes that.
You need capacity, not a supplier
In-house teams use us as overflow: specialist work, peak periods, or a second pair of eyes before something ships.
Frequently asked questions
Will you support a site you did not build?
Yes, and we do it regularly. ORCHA's WordPress sites are a good example: we audit what is there, document it, and take it on. If we find something we think is a genuine risk, we will tell you plainly rather than quietly bill for working around it.
What does a support retainer include?
Hosting and monitoring, backups, security patching, dependency updates and a block of hours for fixes and new features. The hours are yours to direct: most clients spend them on the roadmap rather than on emergencies, which is the point.
How quickly do you respond?
Urgent issues are treated as urgent, and clients tend to remark on the turnaround despite the time difference. We agree response expectations in writing at the start so nobody is guessing during an incident.
Are we locked in?
No. It is your codebase and your hosting account, and we will help you move if you decide to. Retainers that only survive through lock-in are not worth having.
Can you just add capacity to our in-house team?
That is what Development support is for. We work inside your process, your repo and your sprint, whether you need overflow hands, specialist knowledge or code review.
Do you support HubSpot and WordPress as well as Jamstack sites?
Yes. Jamstack and headless is what we build most often, but we maintain HubSpot CMS and WordPress estates too. The platform matters less than whether someone competent is watching it.
How support gets done
Our full process →Discover
Audit what you are actually running: the codebase, the dependencies, the integrations and the risks nobody has looked at in a year.
Shape
Scope the cover. Response times, monthly capacity and the backlog, agreed against how business-critical the platform genuinely is, rather than an unlimited-work promise nobody can keep.
Build
Stabilise first: patching, monitoring, tested backups and the fixes that stop the recurring incidents. Then iterate on the roadmap.
Compound
Named engineers who know the codebase, a backlog you can reorder, and monthly reporting on where the time actually went.
Sound like your problem?
