Content and social. Brands worth talking about.

Storytelling that holds attention, and the community management that keeps it going. Posting frequently is not a strategy.

A feed full of activity is not the same as an audience

Most social output is measured by how much of it there is. Volume is easy to report and easy to sustain, which is exactly why it is the wrong target: a calendar full of posts that nobody saves, shares or replies to is a cost centre with a nice spreadsheet attached.

We start from what the brand is actually for, then find the small number of things it can say that nobody else can. That is usually fewer pieces, made properly, rather than a daily obligation met on time and forgotten by lunchtime.

Content and search are the same problem viewed from different ends, so this runs alongside topical maps and AI visibility. A piece that earns a save on social and a citation in an answer engine is doing two jobs for one budget.

How we actually do it

In this order, every time.

01 · Find the angle only you have
Audience and competitor research aimed at the gap: what your market wants to know that everyone else is too cautious or too generic to say.
02 · Build a calendar around themes, not dates
A small number of recurring themes the brand owns, each with a reason to exist, rather than a grid to be filled because it is Tuesday.
03 · Make it once, use it properly
Long-form built first, then cut for the channels your audience actually uses, so the production cost lands against several placements.
04 · Manage the community
Replies, questions and conversations handled in the brand's voice. The comments are usually where the buying signal is, and where most brands go quiet.

What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives.

  • A content strategy tied to what the business sells, not to a posting cadence
  • A themed calendar with a stated reason for every recurring slot
  • Creative produced for the channel rather than resized for it
  • Community management: replies, questions and conversations in your voice
  • Reporting on saves, shares, replies and assisted conversions, not just reach

Questions, answered straight

No fluff, as promised.

How often should we be posting?

Less often than most agencies will sell you, and better. Cadence is a lever, not a strategy, and a brand that posts three times a week with something to say beats one posting daily to fill a grid.

Does social actually drive revenue for B2B?

It drives the shortlist rather than the click. Someone who has read you for months arrives at the enquiry form already convinced, which shows up as conversion rate rather than as traffic. That is why we report assisted conversions alongside engagement.

Can content work for both social and search?

It should, or you are paying twice. The same research feeds SEO and social, and a well-structured piece can earn a save on one and a citation on the other.

Posting plenty,
of your hearing nothing?
