Owning the question that actually matters
When a buyer asks Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity about your category, whose name comes back? That is the question I am hired to answer, and it sits underneath everything else we do in Grow: technical SEO, content, entity building, and the newer discipline of making sure AI engines cite you correctly.
I set the strategy and the standard across every account, then get properly hands-on with the accounts where the stakes are highest. Audits, structure, content systems, the unglamorous work that moves graphs up and to the right over months, not days.

What I am usually in the room for
The parts of the work I stay closest to.
- The audit that finds the real constraint
- Not a checklist, a diagnosis. Crawl, indexation, structure, speed, schema. The unglamorous fixes underneath a site are usually the reason everything built on top of it works or does not.
- Search, including the machines
- Buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before they ask Google, and long before they ask you. Getting a brand named correctly and cited accurately in those answers is now half the job, not a side project.
- Content that earns the ranking
- Built against real queries, shaped so Google ranks it and AI engines can quote it. A cadence clients can see coming, not a surprise invoice of blog posts.
Search is not dying. AI is making it bigger.
The biggest gains in SEO and GEO land in months four to nine, which is exactly when a lot of agencies have gone quiet. I would rather set expectations honestly at the start than dress up month-one numbers that will not hold.
Off the clock
Away from the SERPs.
A camera is usually within reach. I spend most weekends out shooting street photography around Ho Chi Minh City, which turns out to share more with SEO than you would expect: both reward patience, and both punish anyone looking for a shortcut.
