TEAM · MIMI

Mimi. Account Manager, Saigon Digital.

The single point of accountability on your account

I am the person a client calls, whatever the question is. Not a ticket, not a rotating cast of contacts, one name, and if I do not know the answer myself I go and get it rather than passing you along. That is the whole job, and I think it is the part clients notice most when it is missing at other agencies.

In practice that means owning the relationship end to end: translating the strategy into what actually happens week to week, keeping reporting honest even when the news is not exciting, and flagging a problem the moment I see it rather than the moment it becomes unavoidable.

What I am usually in the room for

The parts of an engagement I stay closest to.

The relationship, not just the roadmap
Strategy is only useful if someone owns it day to day. I sit between the plan and the people delivering it, so nothing quietly slips because two specialists assumed the other one had it covered.
Reporting you would actually read
Numbers, plainly stated, on a cadence you can rely on. Weekly written updates and monthly reports, not a wall of metrics with no read on what they mean for you.
Saying it early
A problem flagged in week one is a conversation. The same problem in week six is a crisis. If something is off track, you hear it from me before you have to ask.

No account-manager wall. If you buy a strategist, you get the strategist.

A lot of agencies put a generalist between the client and the specialists actually doing the work. I would rather be genuinely useful than be a layer. That means knowing your account well enough to answer most questions myself, and knowing exactly who to pull in for the rest.

Off the clock

Away from the inbox.

Good coffee, better company. I spend most weekends exploring Ho Chi Minh City's newest openings before they get busy, and I am the reliable one in any group trip who actually books things in advance.
