Shipped on time, and above the bar
I run delivery across every account. That means I am the person who knows where your project actually is, rather than where the plan said it would be.
The job is mostly two things: keeping work moving at the standard we set, and telling you early if anything threatens that. The second one is the part clients remember.

What I am usually in the room for
The parts of the work I stay closest to.
- Where the work really is
- One honest status, not a hopeful one. Progress measured against what is finished and reviewed, not what is nearly done.
- The standard, not just the date
- On time is only half of it. Shipping something mediocre on schedule is still a failure, so quality and date get held together.
- Early warnings
- Anything that threatens a date gets raised while there is still room to act. Surprises at the deadline are a choice, and a bad one.
