Search: Full-time, Ho Chi Minh City

SEO Manager.

Own SEO and AI search visibility across our client retainers. You'll set the strategy, run the technical and content work with our developers and writers, and prove the results in reports clients actually read. Your brief: get our clients found on Google and cited by AI.

About Saigon Digital

Who you'd be joining.

We're not building for status, we're building to create impact. Saigon Digital is a full-service digital agency focused on driving growth through intelligent use of data, technology and creative thinking. We partner with ambitious brands to solve real business problems, combining web development, UI/UX design, SEO and AI-driven digital strategies into solutions that actually move the needle.

We're a small, high-performance team with a strong growth mindset, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments. Early adopters, problem-solvers, and people who actively explore how AI can be applied in real-world scenarios will feel at home here.

Key responsibilities

What you'll own.

01 · LEAD

SEO & GEO strategy

Own the search strategy for every retainer client: keyword research, topical maps and content plans for Google, plus the GEO work that gets brands cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

02 · FIX

Technical SEO

Run technical audits and turn them into clear tickets for our developers: crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking and migrations. Then check the fixes actually landed.

03 · BRIEF

Content direction

Brief and review our content writers. Pages that answer real questions, written for people first and structured so search engines and AI models can quote them.

04 · MEASURE

Tracking & reporting

Track rankings, traffic, conversions and AI visibility across Search Console, GA4 and our AI tracking. Write the monthly report that explains what moved, why, and what we do next.

05 · TALK

Client ownership

Be the search lead on calls with clients in the UK, US, Australia and Vietnam. Explain the plan in plain English, set honest expectations and spot where search can do more for their business.

What we're looking for

The short, honest list.

4+ years in SEO
At an agency or in-house across several sites, with ranking and traffic growth you can point to.
Technical confidence
At home in Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and schema markup, and able to talk rendering, redirects and CMS limits with a developer.
Keyword & content craft
You build keyword research and topical maps that turn into a content plan writers can actually execute.
AI search curiosity
You follow how AI assistants choose their sources, and you have already tested what gets a brand cited.
Client-ready English
Excellent written and spoken English. You can explain a ranking drop to a CEO without hiding behind jargon.

Why join

What's in it for you.

Own the channel
SEO and GEO across our retainers is yours to shape, not one line on someone else's checklist.
Early on AI search
GEO work most agencies are still writing think pieces about, done for real clients with real tracking.
Cutting-edge stack
Work with the sharpest AI and SEO systems in the business, daily, not someday.
Room to grow
A fast-growing international agency, hired the SD way: mindset first, craft always.
