Key responsibilities
What you'll own.
Project planning & scope
Turn briefs into realistic plans with clear scope, milestones and owners. Spot risk early, flag it honestly, and keep timelines that people can actually believe in.
Day-to-day delivery
Run the rhythm of every active project: standups, priorities, blockers and handovers across design, development, SEO and content. Keep the work moving without keeping people in meetings.
Client communication
Be the client's clear, calm point of contact. Own the weekly written updates, manage expectations before they need managing, and make every decision point explicit.
Quality & launch
Own the definition of done. Run QA gates, launch checklists and post-launch follow-through, so what ships matches what was promised.
Process & tooling
Sharpen how we deliver: templates, automations and AI-assisted workflows that make the next project smoother than the last.
What we're looking for
The short, honest list.
- 4+ years running projects
- In a digital agency, software team or similar, with a track record of shipping on time without burning the team.
- Technically conversant
- You don't need to write code, but you can hold your own in a conversation about CMSs, deployments and SEO, and know when to dig deeper.
- Client-ready communication
- Excellent written and spoken English, clarity under pressure is the job.
- Organised by nature
- You bring structure with you. Plans, notes and follow-ups happen because you exist.
- AI in the workflow
- You already use AI tools to plan, summarise and automate, and you're hungry to go further.
