The Challenge

Unmind, a leader in digital mental health solutions, sought a complete overhaul of their website to better reflect their brand's premium, product-led identity.

Their previous Webflow setup posed challenges, including slow backend loading, limited content management flexibility, and an unreliable translation plugin that restricted their global reach. Unmind’s content team struggled with bottlenecks that prevented them from effectively managing updates and new content, hindering the platform's growth and user experience. They required a modern, scalable solution that would empower their non-technical teams to create and manage content seamlessly.

Questions about this project

Our content team is blocked by the CMS. Is that a rebuild?

It is if the bottleneck is structural. Unmind’s Webflow setup had slow backend loading, limited flexibility and an unreliable translation plugin, so no amount of process fixed it. Prismic’s Slice Machine let the team build pages themselves.

How do you preserve SEO through a platform migration?

Technical SEO and redirects planned as part of the migration, not after it. Unmind kept its search visibility through the move because the mapping work happened before launch. See SEO.

What is wrong with translation plugins?

They tend to be unreliable at exactly the point you depend on them, which is what was restricting Unmind’s global reach. We migrated the content and implemented a translation approach the team could trust.

Can a rebuild keep a premium, product-led brand feel?

It should sharpen it. The point of moving Unmind to a flexible CMS was that a non-technical team could publish quickly while the premium look held, rather than trading one for the other.
