About Anh Chi Em

Before working with Saigon Digital, Anh Chi Em operated without an online presence, relying solely on word of mouth and informal channels to share their work. This limited their ability to attract consistent funding and build partnerships. With donors increasingly looking for transparent, trustworthy digital platforms, Anh Chi Em needed a website that told their story, highlighted their impact, and encouraged action.


Their first flagship project—building fresh water systems for kindergartens, primary schools, and surrounding households—was already showing life-changing results on the ground. The goal was to translate this powerful narrative into a digital experience that could inspire further support.

The Challenge

Anh Chi Em works in remote areas with minimal infrastructure, and their internal team is small and volunteer-driven. They needed a low-maintenance, scalable, and mobile-friendly website that could clearly present their cause, show visual proof of progress, and simplify ways for people to donate or get involved.
It wasn’t just about design. It was about building credibility, earning trust, and making an emotional connection between the visitor and the cause.

The Approach

Saigon Digital took a purpose-first approach, ensuring that every element of the site reflected Anh Chi Em’s grassroots mission and values. We conducted stakeholder interviews, reviewed field documentation, and mapped out user journeys for both local supporters and international donors.


Our team designed a clean, calming interface that emphasises impact over flair. Strong calls to action and stories from the field were prioritised, supported by image galleries, easy navigation, and a backend system that the team could manage themselves moving forward.

A clean and human-focused design that brings the stories of Tra Bong communities to life through imagery and heartfelt copy.

Given many of Anh Chi Em’s partners and donors operate on mobile, the site was optimized for fast loading, smooth navigation, and quick access to donation or contact forms.
Easy Content Management
Built on WordPress with custom templates that enable non-technical volunteers to update key pages and upload new photos.
SEO Foundation
Keyword-rich metadata and clean code ensured the site could be found by people looking to support causes in Vietnam or contribute to clean water projects.
Integrated Forms
We created direct contact forms to encourage donation inquiries, volunteer signups, and new partnership conversations.
