Senior Project Manager

🟡 Job overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in website development and SaaS products, preferably in an agency/startup setting. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
You will work closely with our management team of both Vietnamese and Foreigners to manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.

As our digital project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing different kinds of web-based technical projects across multiple stakeholders. You will be helping to analyse and improve our process and project procedures.

You will be managing and coordinating a team of developers, designers and testers whilst guiding them through all phases of the project, from initiation, design & development, and testing, all the way to deployment and supporting the project in an ongoing manner.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement solutions to ensure project success.

🟡 Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, particularly in website development and SaaS products.
• Proven track record of managing successful projects from initiation to completion.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
