Job Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function, both internally and across client accounts.

You will define strategy, build systems, and lead execution across AI-driven marketing, performance channels, and brand growth. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for turning marketing into a predictable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets
• Build and scale marketing systems, processes, and team structure
• Identify new growth channels, opportunities, and positioning strategies

AI-First Marketing

• Lead adoption of AI tools across content, campaigns, reporting, and workflows
• Implement scalable AI-driven systems to increase output and efficiency
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and digital marketing

Growth & Performance

• Own lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
• Oversee paid media, SEO, AI visibility, and content strategies
• Define KPIs and ensure performance tracking across all channels

Team & Execution

• Lead and mentor marketing team members
• Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns and deliverables
• Step in when needed to guide or execute high-priority initiatives

Client & Agency Impact

• Oversee marketing strategy across key client accounts
• Ensure consistent delivery of measurable results
• Work closely with SEO, design, and development teams

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or growth environment
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics
• Experience implementing AI in marketing workflows
• High ownership mindset, proactive, and results-driven
